This list is what I consider to be the ten most amazing looking GTA 5 vehicles for racing. As more DLCs get patched on the game, more unique vehicles are introduced. I keep racing all night long and when it's day I go looking for some random events to pop up. I know the race will appear at night between 22.00 and 05.00 but nothing happens.
